One governed journey — from a sentence to a system of record
Wefttora is a governed agent control plane: description in, confirmed outcome out, with policy enforcement, human review, and full audit at every step.
From a sentence to a system of record — with a human confirm before anything posts.
Why Wefttora is different
Four things a demo can prove — and a slide can't fake
Each is a claim and the mechanism that makes it true. No mechanism, no claim.
Governed by construction, not bolted on
The paperwork exists before the agent does. Governance isn't a review step you add later — it's how the thing is built.
HowPRD/BRD/HLD/LLD generated before the build · two review boards gate publish · 114 standards validate every hop.
Build once, reuse across every vertical
Identity, documents, operations, change — the horizontal work under every industry — is built once and re-bound everywhere.
HowThe enabler layer rides under all verticals on 300+ connectors. Pharma and Insurance share the same joiner/mover/leaver enabler.
Automation and agents on one platform
Deterministic straight-through automation and judgment-driven agents aren't two products stitched together.
HowBoth compile to the same governed manifest — chosen per step by where judgment actually matters, not by which tool you bought.
A sentence becomes a system of record
The journey doesn't stop at a demo. It ends in the book of record, with the evidence to prove it got there safely.
HowDescribe → downloadable governed packet (HLD · LLD · security · AI-governance) → runs into your system of record via a bound connector.

…and here's the journey that produces all of it
The six stages sit after the differentiators — the mechanics that earn them, not the pitch itself.
Assist — describe it
Write the outcome in your own words, or upload a real sample — a bank statement, a packaging label, a spreadsheet, even a zip of documents. Assist reads it, recommends the right automation approach (deterministic, reasoning, or hybrid), sizes the use case, and drafts the full requirement pack: PRD, BRD, FRD, HLD, and LLD — reviewed and approved by you before anything is built.
Governance & Policy Core — always on
Every plan is validated against a governed policy core before it can run: approval controls, dual control for sensitive pushes, data-loss prevention on the way in and out, risk tiering, and a complete audit trail. Governance is enforced on the actual build — not a checkbox in a document.
Canvas — see it, run it
The generated agent appears as a governed graph you can inspect, edit, and run. Deterministic steps handle the mechanical work; reasoning is applied only where judgment is required — which keeps runs predictable and cost low.
Inbound — trigger from real work
Work arrives by email, file drop, webhook, or schedule. Wefttora extracts every common format — Excel with formulas, Word, PowerPoint, CSV, XML, scanned documents via OCR, and zip archives — normalizes it to a canonical shape, and routes it through the same governed pipeline.
Review & confirm — the human decision
Before anything reaches a system of record, a reviewer sees categorized results, edits them inline, and confirms. Confirmed corrections are saved as reusable rules, so each review teaches the system and the next run needs less attention. Take the reviewed output as Excel, Word, or PowerPoint — and when the results belong in your own workbook, Wefttora writes the confirmed values back into it with your formulas and macros intact, the original preserved untouched, and a flat data copy alongside as the audit record.
Publish anywhere
On confirm, results deliver to your ERP, CRM, or finance system through governed connectors; reviewed files drop to SharePoint with a share link; Teams and Slack get notified; email carries attachments. Agents also publish as executable bundles — Power Automate, Logic Apps, n8n, Copilot Studio, MCP, ServiceNow, or a Java runtime — and are consumed via REST API, webhooks, and SDK tokens. Every bundle is a thin shell calling back to the governed core.
Documents before code
The paperwork is generated before the agent is
Before anything is built, Assist produces the full document suite from your captured requirement — reviewed and approved by you, so the build is specified, auditable, and signed off before a single step runs.
Every document is produced to your industry's standard — 21 CFR Part 11 and GxP for pharma and lab, SOX for finance, GS1 and regional labeling rules for packaging, label, and retail, HACCP-class food safety for QSR, food, and hospitality, IEC / CIM for utility and power, and accreditation and privacy standards for education — kept current by the standards-currency gate.
See it before you build it
Review, configure, and approve the solution — then the build follows your manifest
From your outcome document, Wefttora drafts the complete solution and puts it in front of you for approval before anything is built.
The solution, laid out
Every proposed agent classified by oversight (who approves), input (who provides what), and execution type (rules vs. AI — including which steps run at zero AI cost). Connector availability graded against the real catalog. Consent modes defined wherever personal data is touched — declining AI processing never means no service.
You choose the scope
Include or exclude workflows and agents, pick the platforms it publishes to and the channels where outcomes show up. Safety checks and approval gates are always on — they can't be switched off. Confirming locks your selections into a versioned build manifest: the single source of scope, and later changes become a new version, never a silent edit.
Try it safely, in your language
The moment you confirm, demonstration data is generated for your industry in your selected languages — synthetic, never real — so the first run, the reviews, and the training happen without a single real record leaving your systems.
Two ways to run
Automation and agents, on one platform
Straight-through automation (RPA shape)
When the steps are rule-based — extract, normalize, categorize, post — no model is needed at all. The canonical document is the output, reviewed by a person and pushed on confirm. Lowest cost, fully governed.
Agents where judgment matters
Matching, reconciliation, enrichment, exception handling — an agent reasons over the normalized data, and its conclusions still stop at the same review gate before touching your systems.
Operate
Run reports and outcome economics, built in
Per-run reports
Every run produces a step-by-step report: what executed, what was reused, what governance checked, and what the outcome was — live while it runs and archived afterwards.
Outcome & cost view
Leadership sees cost per confirmed outcome, reuse savings, and trend — the business result, not a token meter.
How the platform stops sprawl
One governed skill · re-bound across every workflow that needs it
Assist checks the registry before it generates. Same-shape work re-binds to a skill that already passed governance — new capability only shows up when there's a real gap.
- ↻Address Normalize1 skill · reused across onboarding, KYC, shipping, tax — same governance model
- ↻Invoice Extract1 skill · re-bound to 12 vendor layouts, 4 ERPs — no per-vendor rebuild
- ↻Approval Router1 policy · reused by every high-risk push — audit trail follows the skill
